This is a convenience translation. The German version is the legally binding one. If anything here differs from the German text, the German text applies.

Version 1.0 of 08.09.2026. These terms apply only to the free guides. Separate terms and conditions apply to the paid coaching.

1 Provider and subject matter

The provider is Jonas Grünwald, Krumbacher Straße 2, 86424 Dinkelscherben, email jonas.machtbuisness@gmail.com. The subject matter is the free provision of a digital training guide (PDF) and the emails that follow, containing training tips and offers. The service is intended for people aged 18 and over.

2 How it comes about

You enter your first name and email address and tick the box. We send the guide to that address straight afterwards; there is no separate confirmation email. There is no entitlement to be accepted; we may decline a sign-up without giving reasons.

3 What you give in return

You pay no money. You provide your contact details and consent to receiving marketing emails. That is the consideration. How we handle your data is set out in the privacy policy.

4 Emails and unsubscribing

After the guide you will receive further emails with training tips and coaching offers. You can unsubscribe at any time — via the link at the end of every email, or informally to jonas.machtbuisness@gmail.com. Unsubscribing ends this contract. The guide you already downloaded remains yours to use.

5 Health — please take this seriously

The guide contains general training information. It is not individual training advice, nor medical, physiotherapeutic or nutritional advice, and does not replace any of these. It does not know your state of health.

Before you start training, seek medical clearance if in any doubt — particularly with pre-existing conditions, injuries, or after a longer break. Perform exercises only within your capability and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. You train at your own responsibility.

6 Rights of use

The guide is protected by copyright. You may use, save and print it for your own private purposes. Sharing, publishing, making publicly available and any commercial exploitation, including in edited form, are not permitted.

7 Availability and changes

We provide the guide within what is technically and operationally reasonable. There is no entitlement to constant availability or to future updates. We may change the content and scope at any time or discontinue the offer. Mandatory statutory rights, in particular under §§ 327 et seq. German Civil Code, remain unaffected.

8 Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage arising from injury to life, body or health and for intent and gross negligence. For slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract; otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

9 Right of withdrawal

Even with a free offer for which you provide your data, you have a right of withdrawal as a consumer. You may withdraw within fourteen days without giving reasons — informally to Jonas Grünwald, Krumbacher Straße 2, 86424 Dinkelscherben, jonas.machtbuisness@gmail.com, or simply via the unsubscribe link in any email. Sending your notice before the period ends is sufficient.

Because we provide the guide immediately after your confirmation, the right of withdrawal in respect of the guide already delivered expires once we have begun performance and you have expressly agreed to that. This has no effect on unsubscribing from the emails — that remains possible at any time.

10 Final provisions

German law applies; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act). Should any provision be invalid, the remainder of the contract stays in force.
